How to Filter or Block Non-Business Emails in Microsoft Bookings?
Microsoft Bookings doesn’t currently have a built-in way to block personal email domains, so anyone with the link can still make an appointment. The best options are workarounds, like using the “admin approval” setting so you can manually reject bookings from non-business emails, or adding a quick Microsoft Form in front of your booking page to validate the email domain before people get access. If you’re comfortable with Power Automate, you could even set up a simple flow to automatically decline or flag bookings that come from addresses like Gmail or Yahoo. It’s not perfect out of the box, but with these extra steps you can make sure only business emails get through.
