e-mail address validation / mobile phone number validation

I get lots of abusive and fake bookings via Microsoft Bookings.

This is expensive.

I need the e-mail address to be validated (by confirmation email, link the customer has to click) and the mobile phone number to be validated by SMS.

All major booking softwate offers these simple and basic validation schemes.

Why not bookings?
