Customer's Calendar Invite does not Update.
When I manually remove customers from a service so that I can reschedule them on my end as an administrator, it sends them a cancellation email, but does not remove the calendar invite for them. Has this issue occurred with anyone, and is there a known solution for it?
Would I have to ask customers to go in and cancel their appointment their own to remove the calendar invite as opposed to removing them?

Yes, this is a fairly common behavior with Microsoft Bookings. When you manually remove a customer, they do get a cancellation email, but depending on the calendar they use (Outlook, Gmail, Apple, etc.), the event may still stay on their calendar because the original invite isn’t always updated automatically. The most reliable fix is usually to ask customers to delete the appointment themselves. If possible, using the “Reschedule” option works better since it updates the existing invite directly. Unfortunately, there isn’t a universal fix from Microsoft yet, so a quick explanation to customers is often the best approach.
