Cancelling a Booking will not remove a booking seat on Bookings Calendar
Hi all,
I was experimenting with Bookings when I came across an issue where creating a group booking and having one of the attendees cancel their reservation will not free up a space on the reservation. From the organizer's side on the Bookings Calendar, the event will still show as being booked by all the original attendees including the one that cancelled. For reference, I have attached screenshots.
Is this intentional? If it is, how can I make it so cancelling will reopen a seat?

I booked a reservation time slot with two names, Test1 and Test2 and then cancelled on Test2.
I cancelled Test2's reservation from the "Manage Booking" email sent to Test2.
Bookings Calendar from Organizer view still says there are 2 seats booked.
Test2 is still shown.

Can you refresh the page and check again?
Are you able to see both Test1 and Test2 after refreshing the page?

Hi Pratk,
I tried replicating my issue again today and fortunately this seems to have been resolved. I must not have refreshed when testing previously.
On the topic of refreshing, may I ask how often a Calendar page refreshes if it is left open (say if it is left open on a display monitor of some sort)? I know it does auto-refresh and I think that is why I did not refresh manually.
