Bookings calendar not displaying availability

It sounds like you’ve run into one of the quirks of Microsoft Bookings. What’s happening is that the booking page sometimes doesn’t refresh its “standard” availability properly after you’ve switched between custom availability settings. When you set custom hours or a limited date range, Bookings re-indexes your calendar and caches those available slots. But when you switch back to standard availability, it doesn’t always re-sync correctly, so it can look like there are no open times, even though your calendar is free. That’s why temporarily applying custom hours “unlocks” availability again. There isn’t a permanent fix yet, but the best workaround is to re-apply a short custom range (like a week), let Bookings refresh, then return it to standard hours. This forces the system to re-calculate your open slots.
