Bookings Buffer Included in Outlook Appointment
mmartin1130 thanks for bringing out this issue. We acknowledge the issue and fix has been identified. We are rolling out the fix in phased rings. The fix should be available by end of this week. Please check next week, outlook meeting shouldn't have buffer time include for bookings events.
- Hi Sanjay I am also having this issue - any update on when it will be fixed? Assumed it would have been when your updated the service at the end of February?

This behavior is as expected for Service Booking product. Buffer time will be included in calendar event for Service Booking.- Sanjay_Kumar1785 - why do meetings booked from my personal page do not include the buffer time in the meeting when displayed on my Outlook calendar. But services booked through my organizations shared booking page does include the buffer time when displayed in Outlook?

- Sanjay_Kumar1785 any update on the fix rollout? It has been a couple of weeks and I am still running into the problem of buffer time being included on my Outlook calendar. Is there anything I need to do on my end to get the fix on my account?
Sanjay_Kumar1785 I have been having the same issue since mid-August or so. Buffers being added to the appointments after they have been scheduled in addition to the lead in times being completely ignored. Several posts that I have found throughout here and the internet in general state that Microsoft is aware of the issue and that a fix either has been implemented or is being rolled out. What is the expectation of this? To wait and have it magically start working again? It seems the issue itself is sporadic at best, as some users are experiencing the issue while others are not.
