Assign different service patterns to Staff in Bookings

Microsoft Bookings doesn’t have a built-in way to assign different working patterns for the same staff member across multiple services, but there’s a simple workaround. In your service settings, go to the “Assign staff” section, select the staff member, and turn on the “Use custom hours” option. This lets you set specific days and times that person is available for that particular service, without affecting their availability for others. So, for example, you can make them available for Service 1 only on Wednesday to Friday, while keeping them open for other services on Monday and Tuesday. It takes a little setup, but it works well once done and saves you from having to create separate services.
