Steps to Edit the “Additional Information” in Microsoft Bookings

1. Go to https://book.ms and open your Bookings calendar.
2. In the left-hand menu, click on “Services”.
3. Click on the specific service (e.g., “Academic Advising” or “Training Session”) where the appointment was booked.
4. Scroll down to the section called:
   • “Custom fields” or
   • “Additional notes for confirmation and reminders” (depending on your version)
   • OR simply look for a text box under "Default message to customer" / “Notes” / “Confirmation email notes”
5. Locate the message that says: "Please note that applications for the 2025-26 Academic Year (August 1, 2025 – July 31, 2026) will not be available until mid-May of 2025."
6. Edit or remove the text.
7. Click “Save” at the top.
