Adding Customer Information to the calendar invite
After looking at multiple blogs, MS guides etc. there doesn't seem to be a way to have Bookings include the Customer Information fields data to either the calendar invite or additional information section. So to view these fields you have to log into bookings.
Can someone just please confirm that's correct, or if not let me know how to include the customer information in the calendar booking?

For multi-attendee appointments, you would need to go to Bookings to view the customer information. However, if there is only a single attendee (i.e., number of attendees is set to 1), then the customer information would be available in the calendar invite sent to the staff member.
