access to sent emails by MS Bookings

hi

Is there any way I can get access to all emails sent by MS Bookings? If not is there a way to add an email to bcc list when MS Booking is sending any email?

Why? We are using MS Booking for our students too register for any course we offer. We want to havbe a log any communication with any student. So I want to basically log any communication from MS Booking.
