Sticky notes can be found in the One Note application. There is a special tab for them. Also, if you use Microsoft Launcher they are on the left side panel.
Why are you writing nonsense? You do know nothing bout this topic. There is no Sticky Notes section in OneNote app in Android tab. In smartphone yes, there is Sticky Notes in OneNote but not in Android tab.
