    Here's a https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/academic/compare-office-365-education-plans?activetab=tab:primaryr1 that goes over the different plans for Office 365 Education. At the bottom of the Office 365 Education page, there is a https://www.microsoft.com/education/products/office that should help answer your questions.

    Hello,

     

    Can you provide us with the exact version/build number you're on? Also, does this only happen for 1 specific spreadsheet or all spreadsheet you try to open?
