Track what you eat with the Food data type in Excel

    Hey This is exactly like something I have been looking for. I have a beverage based website on wordpress and I would like to bring tools for my users so they can track their beverage and sugar intake. Can you kindly tell me how can I integrate and in which ways can I improvise for better consumer support. PS My website is https://quenchlist.com/
    I dont know if integrating it is simple task which I can handle or its a complicated part for which I will need to hire 200$ person. Any help would be really appreciated
