They are saying my main email address doesn't exist,
So I tried to sign it up as a new address and they said this name has already been taken . The day before yesterday it worked fine . I need this account . I just got a new job and have no other contact info except in that email account . What do I do ?

Are you saying you created a new Microsoft account and now you are not able to sign into it? Can you elaborate on who "they" is? Is this a website, Outlook or somewhere else?
