RSS feeds not working on Outlook build 16.0.14416.20002

The latest Insider preview disables the RSS feed in Outlook.

In the previous update/upgrade cycles, the RSS feed list is left untouched.

In the latest weekly upgrade, not only the existing RSS list was removed, the importation of RSS OPML file is failed and presented with an "Invalid RSS Feed URL" error message below.
