Replacement of Thumbsup and heart icon on reply message in MS Teams

I have a suggestion for the replacement of the Thumbsup and Heart icon on reply messages in MS Teams.

Both the icons are closed to each other, I think they should not be closed as sometime whenever you are working and in a hurry so Heart icon is clicked in place of Thumbsup. 

It feels awkward when this happens on a message by a female employee.
