I have Quick Assist working now at my client and deployed to all the devices. It has been a rocky road, full of workarounds, but I managed to pull through. I used the business store get the offline installer/licence. Synced it with Endpoint and used the offline installer to deploy it, this gives the possibility to deploy it on a device level instead of user level. Then, I've deployed Webview2 as an application object with Endpoint to workaround the annoying UAC screen. So, Quick Assist now works without nags or annoying stuff. To remove the old Quick Assist I wrote a Powershell script and that runs through Endpoint scripts. I sincerely think retiring the education/business store is a very bad decision.
