I understand that we need to keep technology current but the changes to Quick Assist are ludicrous. This should be a fully automatic install for all computers. Now we need another remote support app!
Scenario 1 - Work/.Enterprise > now can't use this app as users can't install due to admin permissions
Scenario 2 - Friends/family. Too complicated to get them into the Store, find the app and install. Before support was easy
Microsoft - this should never have been approved.
