Unable to edit Outlook Meeting's body text (I'm not the organizer).

As of 4/1/25 it appears not to be fixed, I still see no 'Edit meeting' button option in the 'Meeting Occurrence' tab section. View screenshot below. Am I missing something here? Looking in the wrong area?
Try "Commands not in the Ribbon" instead.
Not there either. I HATE not being able to add pertinent facts to the meeting prior to that meeting so that I am prepared. Please find a way to allow us to add notes to meetings not initiated by ourselves.
