Outlook will not update to 16.68 (all other Office apps do)

I used 16.68 Outlook briefly. It crashed at startup EVERY TIME I launched it. Perhaps it has been rolled back / removed from release?

robmilk it appears to work okay on my 2018 MBP 15"... literally will not even show on my 2019 MBP 15". (both Intel processors; same account; the only diff is that the 2019 has an Exchange or Enterprise Gmail account but... that wouldn't block the update, I don't think?)
