Outlook for Mac not not launching after v16.62 (22051800) update

OutLook v16.62 must use a StateObject which is not supported by macOS 10.15. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/swiftui/stateobject https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/676151

    Following today's (May 24th) update on the Beta Channel to 16.62 (22052300), I was able to launch Outlook without any incident.
