No access to my offcie email
I am using a new computer with windows 10. the server is imap.mailhostybox.com
it keeps giving me errors, I don't know what else to do, and yes the password is correct, i am able to access my webmail.

Chico_garcia What I have my workers do on new computers is the following:
- Click on the "Start" Menu.
- Search for or click on 'Control Panel'.
- Change the 'View by:" to large or small icons.
- Find Mail (32-bit) and select.
- Click on the bottom link, 'Show Profiles'.
- If your account is not listed, click 'add'.
- Give the account a name.
- Fill out the remaining account details.
When you open Outlook, it should have a prompt, loading for the first time. This is a good time to set any security settings you need while you inbox loads.
