[New Outlook] White splash screen in dark mode

There is a white splash screen even in dark mode on the new outlook. Is there anything I can do to remove it or do the developers have to fix this? I have attatched a gif of this happening ...

Saldy, no. It is not solved.

I think that a part of the problem is that it is a web app.
