Move and copy messages between accounts in Outlook for Mac

Hello Office Insiders,

 

We’ve heard from many of you that you want to be able to move and copy emails between different accounts in Outlook. We also know this capability is valuable to those of you who are using a shared mailbox account.     This feature suddenly stopped working on my Mac - copying emails between accounts works when I switch to legacy Outlook - but it's completely broken on the new Outlook. Do you have any advice on this?
