Issues connecting Outlook 365 on my new Desktop to Verizon Email now managed by AOL. Any suggestion

My Old PC, which is on its last leg, has Outlook 365 working with Verizon E-mail (Now AOL) via an App Password generated on AOL.  Unfortunately, I am not able to generate a new APP Password on AOL.  I can log on to AOL.COM using my credentials and access my mail.  It is so much better to get the mail Outlook 365 Desktop.  My current Outlook 365 settings on the old PC use POP3 and SMTP for connecting to Verizon e-mail.  AOL and Verizon are not helping. I Called them both. I came across the following article, but I am unsure if this works for Verizon (AOL email).  Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
