Try below to rejoin the Microsoft 365 Insider Program:
- Check Your Active Account
- Go to any Office app (e.g., Word or Excel).
- Click File > Account.
- Make sure your Microsoft 365 Consumer subscription is the one signed in and active.
- Re-enable Insider Builds
- In the same Account window, look for Office Insider options.
- If missing, click Update Options > Enable updates, then check again.
- If still not visible, go to Insider Program page and rejoin manually.
- Repair or Reinstall Office
- Sometimes Visio installs can overwrite or reset Office configurations.
- Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, select Microsoft 365, and choose Repair.
- If that doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall Office from account.microsoft.com.
- Check for Conflicting Licenses
- If you have multiple subscriptions (e.g., business and consumer), Visio might have activated under a different license.
- Use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) to diagnose license conflicts.
Thank You,
some quick comments
1. Done - several time
2. No Result - insider option is missing
3. Just done reinstalling - probably reason, I added Visio into my apps. And because Visio isn't "subscription" product, possible cause of loss insider
4. No VISIBLE conflicts - possible reason is under point 4. I have no idea - is that licencing conflict
But fortunately - my good friend ChatGPT instruct me how to enable insider button again (I don't repeat here this instruction :) ), my insider is activated, updated and everything works fine
Thank You once more
