i am unable to get M365 insider in excel
Please let me know what are the details needed
On which subscription you are (consumer or business), which platform (Windows, Android, etc), what is your channel now, how exactly you tried to join the program (in general there are few ways main one is here https://insider.microsoft365.com/en-us/join/Windows ), what exactly happened (error message, Excel hangs, you found no expected option, etc) and on which step of joining (which prevents you to join).
1) We are trying to get Phyton in excel for the we need to signed in microsoft insider program. we have already signed in we have made some registery changes as per the microsoft artcile and rasied ticket also with microsoft team but we are not getting beta option in the apps.

Option to change the channel appears only on consumer subscriptions, it's not available on business subscription. If you changed the settings correctly (registry, whatever) you shall see on which channel you are, that's all.
I prefer to use Office Deployment Tool Use the Office Deployment Tool to install Microsoft 365 Insider on Windows devices - Microsoft 365 Insider | Microsoft Learn , it works on any subscription.
As for the registry it is changing form time to time, right now what I see
