i am unable to get M365 insider in excel

Please let me know what are the details neededOn which subscription you are (consumer or business), which platform (Windows, Android, etc), what is your channel now, how exactly you tried to join the program (in general there are few ways main one is here https://insider.microsoft365.com/en-us/join/Windows ), what exactly happened (error message, Excel hangs, you found no expected option, etc) and on which step of joining (which prevents you to join).
1) We are trying to get Phyton in excel for the we need to signed in microsoft insider program. we have already signed in we have made some registery changes as per the microsoft artcile and rasied ticket also with microsoft team but we are not getting beta option in the apps.
