How to revert back to mail from new outlook

in my app version, on the upper right corner, there is a trigger: just revert the position of it and app automatically rolls back to standart w10 mail

Well I've had a bit of luck, my old laptop was on the way out and a heavy rainstorm finished it off, so one new laptop later using Windows 11 and it has the old mail system built in! Configured it in minutes so Microsoft can stick Outlook where the sun never shines!
P.S. I assure you they haven't introduced any work around to fix their stupidity.
