How to find url. Related to my predicament?

I have  verified the status of my entire network being linked with an array of  Super Administration account/s that are in my name as my ISP bill was used to confirm  and verify  registration without my permission or knowledge.  

I have identified  that "who is my administrator " doesn't work possibly due to  365 or azure fees not being renued or continued by the fraudulent administrator. 

• I have evidence  that  would be an easy solve for someone who has net experience _ expertise,  I did find  out with another search website Find your host ? And I didn't even have to type the ip address in,  and the actual address displayed was the key suspects address. Which I have a screenshots of.
