Help please -

Hello,

Last night I clicked on a map to declare "I don't know this device" and now I can sign in to windows on my desktop. I get an error message saying " An administrator has restricted sign in. To sing in, make sure your device is connected to the internet, and have your administrator sign in first.  I have tried to reset the computer, to no avail. My 4-digit pin isn't working. I am the administrator. Any ides?
