Hello MS team? Are you there? ON Android is at 16.0.11901.20004 and LAGGY

I'm fully committed to ON so when ON Android is laggy with the S Pen I cry inside.  i know is not the tab S4 because Adobe sketch is solid with zero lag.  Please cheer me up guys!
