GWS IDI device not working

GWS IDI device not working, I am a disabled person who needs a qud pedal GWS IDI device so I can use my PC. What microsoft updates has done is killed all the working drivers I had and now have great annoyance and difficulty in having to go into settings EVERY TIME ! AND UNINSTALL AND REMOVE DEVICE THEN PUT IT BACK IN AGAIN ... EVERY  TIME !!!!!!!

WHY ?

This is the way Microsoft treats disabled people, not very good is it ? I am not the only one. unless this is fixed please, I will start a campaign in ALL social media telling the world how microsoft treats disabled people around the world.
