No, but seriously ?
Can MS at least give you a way to hide the message that way we might at least have our event viewer clean and not flooded with the same message.
- Sheryl_PassJul 06, 2023Copper ContributorI am seeing this as well

P4: New Document - PurSpykSep 12, 2022Brass ContributorI do agree MS support is really poor. You barely get your question answered, they never seem to read what you say, and then in most cases they refer you to third party web sites with steps that if followed can cause more issues than the issue you originally reported. Pay a yearly subscription for Office 365, and this type of service is unacceptable.

This is what I don't like about Microsoft. You pay for service which you don't get when you ask. You call support the tech knows nothing and reads info from a data base and can't even tell what version of the software you are using. Then these annoying bugs remain because they aren't priority for MS.
Who's the customer MS or us? What's the use of asking to fill a satisfaction survey when you won't read or answer what's right in your face.
Can you please at least tell us what the problem is and give an ETA for a fix. This is so annoying.

- PurSpykSep 06, 2022Brass ContributorError still present MS seem to be ignoring all reports of this. Frustrating.
