This is not an improvement. This is a giant pain in the butt. If you turn on "Editing," it turns Track Changes OFF. If you turn Track Changes on, it switches from "Editing" to "Viewing," and you can't edit anything. I have to save multiple copies of the file before I get one that I'm actually allowed to edit. There should be a way to completely disable collaboration features, because—news flash—most people are not collaborating. It's amazing that you can so blithely allow one change to affect millions of users.
