MicrosoftCustom in-app notifications for updates to Loop tables
Hello, Microsoft 365 Insiders,
Earlier this year, we enabled process automation for Loop tables. Many of you have embraced this new capability and encouraged us to innovate further in this area.
Our latest update introduces custom in-app notifications for updates to Loop tables and table templates! In our quest to extend these capabilities to all our users, we’re excited to share that you can now activate in-app notifications to keep your team updated, even without a Power Automate license.

That blog link doesn't work.
I can't find any information about how to enable these Loop Table notifications which I can replicate. There are Microsoft quotes all over:
"You must go to a Loop page with a table or board, locate the “…” menu in the Operations bar, and select the Rules option. Then, choose your triggers and conditions for when notifications should be sent out"
but no Rules option is visible.
