Checking word documents for specific issues

Hi all,
I've done some research and cannot find a tool or application that would allow us to check, possibly fix, but certainly identify issues within word documents that are being produced for a client. Unfortunately Grammarly and tools like don't allow for the building of rules that might help us to ID and resolve some of these issues.
We're beginning to think that VBA might be the way to go.
So, does anyone know of a tool or tools that could be used to check our documents for the following which are being missed in our Quality control process:
* Correct Word Template not attached properly
• Copyright not updated in documents
• No proper image alt text, long descriptions or attribution
• URLs not formatted, linked/ or listed correctly
• Lists not formatted correctly
• Numbering wonky or using the wrong style
• Tables misaligned
• Table header rows not repeated
• Questions not written as per guidelines
• Table of contents not updated
• Icon legend table not updated
• Activities not formatted properly
• File names incorrect or incorrectly formatted
• Incorrect document footer used
• References to Legal Acts not formatted correctly
