Capture voice recordings in Office Mobile for Android

Does anyone know if there are any limits for recordings for either a) a single file or b) monthly minutes as for Dictation? This looks like a really useful feature but without understanding any capacity constraints it's hard to assess what use cases this might be suitable for.
