Can't Manage Spam Effectively in Microsoft Outlook
I have tried several settings and rules in Outlook 365 (Windows 11) and Outlook.com to block persistent spam, but keep receiving SPAM from individuals spoofing the same "Display Name", but with a variety of underlying e-mail addresses.
Every time I block a received sender, the same "sender name" shows up with a different email address even though I created a rule blocking that "sender name."
There has to be a way to eliminate such messages.

Thanks, but as I have a personal Microsoft 365 account, I apparently can't enroll in the Defender trial.
- You need to block this from your O365 defender by setting your anti-spam policy to block those senders.
