Can't connect another device to Office 365 Insider

 I have been attempting to connect my laptop to the Microsoft 365 Insider program. However, I haven't been able to do so.

I have had success with connecting to the Microsoft 365 Insider program on my desktop but I haven't been able to connect to the Insider program on my laptop.

If anyone can help, that would be great.
