#BLOCKED notice in Excel

Hi, yesterday I signed in for Beta Preview started using Excel with the Python programming and it was giving me the output as intended. The next day when I started using it, it gave me the #BLOCKED notice and the reason stated was "License required". Now my Office 365 account is subscribed by my university and there isn't any issue with the expiry as well. Furthermore, I tried using the VPN if it help solving the issue because it uses Cloud to analyze the code, but alas, it did not worked. Any idea why it happened, and what are the potential solutions? I'd be pleased for your replied.
