ActiveX in EXCEL on Android

A post from 2016 in mobilescout.com stated that Excel for android beta will include support for ActiveX controls. It is now 2021. I downloaded the excel beta version (1.0.1 (16.0.13628.20140)) and it still doesn't support ActiveX or Forms controls.
Any idea what I should do to make it work.
