Hi Ericka1726, I've had this same issue... I had to reinstall my entire stack from the EC/BIOS.
I eventually solved my issues with this instruction...
Perform a "clean installation" - After you've installed/customised your PC to BOTH the hardware drivers and the OPTIONAL features.
Otherwise I found myself in the booty loops 😞
