Using Copilot to create summary of emails by month
Using Copilot icon in Outlook client (along with the below prompt) we can get summary of all emails from a particular email address;
Summarize all emails received from email address <enter email address> for last month

Can you please explain in more detail which button you mean exactly, perhaps preferably with a print screen?

Which icon are you referring to in your statement?

- Thank you Ankur_B. That will work. I was hoping for something a bit more comprehensive. That approach assumes I have a list of everyone who emailed that month. But I'll definitely give this a try as a starting point.
- Good to know. I am just getting that chat icon in Outlook. Some days it disappears too oddly enough.
