Unable to upload basic excel files

Hi,

I'm having trouble uploading simple excel files for copilot to analyse. Sometimes it works without error however mostly they wont upload as the content is blocked. Are there any basic solutions to this ?

    This sometimes happens if Excel files have things like macros, external links, or certain formatting that gets flagged even if the file looks simple. A quick fix is to try saving a clean copy: use Save As then choose .xlsx (without macros) and upload that version. If the issue continues, check if your organization’s security settings or policies are blocking certain file types, since that can interfere too.

    Hi

    I believe you are using the paid version of Copilot ( Microsoft 365 Copilot ) then it should not be issue at all . you may need to report to MS for this . if you are using Free Microsoft copilot then it can happen sometime depend on load timings.
