Trying to get started on copilot
I literally am unable to find copilot on my ribbon. I've signed up for copilot, opened new docs on onedrive, but can't find the copilot dropdown anywhere. Suggestions?
I have the same issue. I also am blocked from viewing Add-In's though they are enabled in my Org Settings. I've had a support ticket open since last week with no reply on the issue.

I had the same issue initially. Here are the instructions support provided:
To activate Copilot on the desktop app, you can follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have a valid license for Copilot. For new, unsaved files, or files on your local hard drive, the current primary account shown at the top of the Microsoft 365 window must be licensed for Copilot.
2. Refresh your license by going to "File" > "Account" in any Microsoft 365 app. Select "Update License". Close and restart all Microsoft 365 apps you might have open so that the license refresh can take effect.
3. If Copilot still isn't working, try refreshing the page by selecting the refresh icon in your browser to see if the Copilot features appear.
Please note that these steps must be done by the account administrator.
Once I updated my Office license on my desktop, Copilot started working in my desktop apps.

- Unfortunately, I went through all that before I opened the support ticket. No go. I've run through everything I could find on the troubleshooting list and with CoPilot in the browser. CoPilot in the browser and on the desktop work and show that I am operating in Protected mode, so that seems to confirm everything knows I have the license. Even went so far as to check that there weren't any org policies or registry entries blocking it - nothing there either. Also spent a good bit of time making SURE that CoPilot was included in Business Standard and not just allowing me to buy CoPilot plus.
The big frustration right now is waiting almost a week for my Office support ticket to even get assigned.
