Some CoPilot testers see CoPilot in Power App text entry fields

Some of our CoPilot testers are seeing a CoPilot icon option pop-up when they enter text entry fields on power app forms.  This is only happening for some users in some browsers.  It is not a consistent experience for all.  Is this going through some kind of ring release?
