Search from specific sharepoint site or folder
Is it possible to use copilot to search info from specific sharepoint site or folder? i tried to give the link to the sharepoint site but it doesn't seem to be working.
- No, as an end user it's not possible (yet?) to define a sharepoint site link for the request. Usually a sharepoint site is related to a project or topic or a business unit, you can find some interesting result giving in the prompt the context like as an exemple "focus on data and files related to "project-name" - where projext name is the sharepoint site you want to address. Your IT admin can use Copilot Studio to build a "copilot" that is searching answers in the specific "folder", then it is used like a bot using NLP
