My understanding is that Copilot is not GA for M365.

It is Free or paid based on what type of License you have for Dynamics 365 Sales . unlike M365 Copilot 300 Seats is not mandatory .

Mainly we need to understand what it matters when it comes to purchasing Sales Copilot. Is the focus related to the type of licenses you have or Microsoft sees the tenant as a whole?
