Only default font show after printed

At my office I've just got Microsoft 365 online. In MS Words, everything is used normally for any font, but  It show only default font when I print preview or print out. What should I do to solve this problem?

    What font are you using? Is it a custom font? You might want to try sticking to a standard font if you're not already, such as Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman, Verdana or Georgia.

    Otherwise, give this a try:

    Go to File > Save As > Download as PDF. Then open the PDF and print that. This preserved the font rendering as seen in screen.
